Warmer weather has finally made it’s debut but that doesn’t mean your skin no longer needs similar care to that of winter season! Hydrating with water and “nutrient dense foods” is a must when it comes to maintaining that natural skin glow and daily stamina all year round. In an article on Eat This, Not That!, our Dr. Jennifer Lee was quoted in suggesting sweet potatoes to be high in Vitamin A and C both of which repair skin and fight off common colds:

“Vitamin A can help with skin renewal and decrease dry, flaky skin. Sweet potatoes are a great option in the winter,” says Dr. Jennifer Lee, Board-certified Dermatologist, Medical Director REN Dermatology, and USANA Consultant.
