As a Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist at REN, I get asked all the time what I would actually buy if I were shopping our Summer Sale like a patient. The honest answer: I'd be thinking less about one-off treatments and more about a smart, year-round plan that keeps my skin consistently looking fresh without overdoing anything.
Here's exactly what that plan looks like, season by season.
My Year-Round Treatment Plan
The Summer Sale is the perfect time to pre-purchase an entire year of treatments at one price. Treatments are valid through May 31, 2027, so there's no pressure to schedule everything at once. This is how I'd build the plan.
Sylfirm
I'd start with a series of Sylfirm treatments. It's one of my favorites for this time of year because you get tightening and improved texture with minimal downtime — and you don't have to stress about being in the sun as much. I'd space these about 4–6 weeks apart and focus on maintaining healthy, resilient skin through the hottest months.
3D Miracle (UltraClear)
After summer, I'd transition into a series of 3D Miracle (UltraClear) treatments. This is where I'd really clean up any sun damage — brown spots, uneven tone, and rough texture that tends to sneak in over summer. It's also the perfect prep for the holidays because your skin just looks smoother, brighter, and more polished without needing downtime.
UltraClear Laser Resurfacing
Winter is when I'd go all in on one UltraClear laser resurfacing treatment. This is your bigger reset — targeting fine lines, deeper pigment, and overall texture in a more dramatic way. Since sun exposure is lower, it's the ideal time to do it and fully heal.
Ultherapy
In the spring, I'd follow up with Ultherapy to the lower face. This gives that deeper structural tightening and lift, which pairs beautifully after you've already improved skin quality over the fall and winter.
Injectable Plan
I'd "bank" for my regular neurotoxin — something like Botox — about 4 times per year to stay consistent. For collagen support without adding volume, I love diluted Radiesse in the face, neck, and chest. It quietly stimulates collagen and elastin, which is huge for long-term skin quality. I'd also plan for SkinVive every 6 months — it gives that hydrated, smooth, almost glowy look that patients love.
Skincare I'd Stock Up On
During a sale, I'd invest in my daily essentials so I'm set for months.
