We accept both credit cards and cash for purchases made at Wonderland.

When do the treatments purchased during the sale event expire?
All treatments purchased during the sale event will expire on December 1, 2024. Be sure to schedule your appointments before this date to make the most of your purchase.

What is your Product Return Policy?
We want you to love your skincare products. If you find yourself needing to return or exchange your purchase, please reach out to us at orders@rendermatology.com within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the process. Please be aware that after 30 days from your purchase date, products cannot be returned or refunded. To facilitate a return, the product must be at least 3/4 full.

What if I am unable to attend the Wonderland event in person?
If you can’t make it to the Wonderland event, don’t worry! Our amazing deals will also be available online from November 3 to 5 at shop.rendermatology.com. You can take advantage of the discounts and offers from the comfort of your home.

What will be on sale during Wonderland and Deal Days?
Our sales will feature a wide array of our most popular cosmetic treatments, including Botox, filler, laser hair removal, Diamond Glow, skincare products, Sylfirm, ADVA, and much more! Don’t miss the chance to save on these top-notch services and products.

Can I buy treatments or products after the sale event has ended?
The sale event discounts are only applicable during the specified dates (Wonderland, November 2 and Deal Days, November 3-5). Once the events end, regular prices will apply for all treatments and products.

What is the difference between Wonderland and Deal Days?
Wonderland is a special in-person event where attendees can not only take advantage of discounts but also have the opportunity to engage directly with our providers. At Wonderland, you can chat with our REN experts, watch live demonstrations and learn about various treatments firsthand. Additionally, attendees at Wonderland will be entered into exciting giveaways, making the experience even more rewarding and purchasers will receive a packed gift bag, filled with fantastic goodies. (while supplies last).

On the other hand, Deal Days, happening online at shop.rendermatology.com, offers the same great discounts and deals on treatments and products but is exclusively web-based. While you won’t have the in-person interactions with providers, you can conveniently shop from the comfort of your home during the specified dates. Both events provide fantastic opportunities to save on your favorite treatments and products, catering to different preferences and convenience levels.
